If you want raves for something easy, just serve these at your next dinner. Although they are better straight from the oven, they can be made ahead and reheated on a baking sheet at 375° for about 5 minutes.

These are also good split and topped with chicken à la king for an entree or used cold and stuffed with a sea food filling such as tuna fish or crab meat.

Note: It’s important to have all the ingredients at room temperature and to heat the pan in the oven while whirling the ingredients in your food processor.

INGREDIENTS 6 POPOVERS 12 POPOVERS

Butter or margarine, melted 1 tablespoon 2 tablespoons

Gluten-free Flour Mix (here) 1 cup 2 cups

Xanthan gum ¼ teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon

Almond meal or NutQuik 1 tablespoon 2 tablespoons

Salt ¼ teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon

Milk 1 cup 2 cups

Eggs 2 4
